Lindsey's Baptism Layout III

In person this layout is so cute. This is my niece and Godchild, Jacqueline Marie. I mounted the photo. Then I trim the paper around the photo with the antique trim scissors. Then I put that on top of pattern paper with pink flower petals. On the side I ink a stamp with versamark ink stamped it on the side and then I chalked the side with pinkish-rose chalk. So simple, it took me about 10 minutes to do this page.
This layout is titled Daddy's Little Angel. The backgound paper is embossed with flowers. I had chalked the angel diecut around the edges. Used stickers on my title and mounted the photos. Though the background paper must have had a special coating, because my mounted photos keep falling off. There is about 3 types of glue holding those suckers.

The day I took the picture of the scrapbook pages it was gloomy outside, so I have glare on my page protector from my lamp. This is the actual baptism. I mounted the photos. I had the baby photo crop to a star. I used white flowers stickers. The bottom is a punchout diecut. My journaling mentions that while the priest was baptising Lindsey, she did not say a word. She looked at us with content.
I have got to get to work on more scrapbook pages. Eventually I am going to get caught up here and I will have no more pages to show you.
For a New Year's Resolution, I should try to do a page a day. Thats not to bad.

I wish I had more time to do that. With 5 kids and the 3 I provide childcare for, I am drained!

I wish I had the time to devote to scrapbooking. I love scrapbooking and have all of these ideas, but just don't have the time. Maybe one day. Probably when I'm done with school.

Thanks for helping me try to get to 10. I got 9 on the previous post and now 6 on the current. I'll get there. I'm pretty new at this blogging thing. I started the blog in April, but only blogged twice during that month. I, then, didn't really get into until October. So, I'm learning.

Your layouts are so pretty! Do you do this professionally?
