Recipe Swap Monday: Cheesy Green Onion Corn Saute'

Photobucket

It is time for Anissa's Recipe Swap Monday!

Cheesy Green Onion Corn Saute'

1 TBSP olive oil
1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add corn and green onions and cook and stir for 3 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle cheese and cover for 20 seconds.

Easy Peasy!! I use this as a side dish. Sometimes I just use canned corn and drain the juice. Adds a twist to plain ol' corn:)

Sounds interesting... I don't think it would fly with my daughter though, she loves her corn "plain"

This sounds yum-o! ER likes corn but I'm not sure about those onions. I'd have to pick those out for her.
