Photobucket

It is time for Recipe Swap Monday with Anissa over at Our Chaotic Life.

Bubble Pizza

2(12 ounce) cans of buttermilk biscuits
1 pound lean groud turkey ( ground chuck can be used)
1 (14 ounce) blottle pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
2. Coat bottom and sides of a 13X9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread quarted biscuits evenly across bottom of pan.
3. Brown ground turkey in a large skillet. Drain and mix in pizza sauce. Spread mixture over biscuits.
4. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven. cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

I usually serve a green salad on the side with this dish. Enjoy.
