I got nothin'
For the past two years, the week before Christmas, we usually get a snow day from school. Each time gave us a three day weekend. So, I actually thought it was gonna happen again. Well...IT DIDN'T!! All we got was a slushy mess, that pretty much melted by lunch time.
So there is another snow storm hitting the Virginia area and guess what? Yup! Nothin' for my area.
We could use some snow. I always feel holly jolly when it is snowing. Hopefully, we don't have a green Christmas.

If it makes you feel better we only got a few flakes today. We still have some snow from last week, but it's nothing to brag about. I wish we were getting part of that snow storm too. I remember last year we got slammed before Christmas!
Vickie you better stop doing the snow dance RIGHT now. I am quite fine with things the way they are:)
The photo reminds me of the same image I saw in snow balls, white christmas is something I would like to experience someday, Vickie.

Oh I hate that yucky, muddy slushy stuff.
No snow here either (which is FINE!!), but tons and tons of dreary rain. Blah! Better than snow, but very blah!!
We've only had a trace of snow so far, but the forecasts are calling for 12 inches or more. I would gladly send it your way, if I could! Sometimes it's fun to be snowbound, but this weekend it's messing up our plans!

I have been living in england for the past 9.5 years..and this is the first year it snowed before Xmas!
