My Creative Mojo Block Is Lifting

Was a little creative this weekend and made a card using a few challenges.
Here is a sketch from Sketches By Tamara.
The other challenges:
Paper Secrets, we were to use at least 5 outlets or brads.
The Special 50/50, I used the cupcake digi stamp from Lil Diva Stamps.
