Thankful Card

Whoa~totoally forgot to get my Stamp-n-Doodle post up! Must be summer fog;)

This week's challenge is anything nature or animal. Remeber you don 't have to use a Stamp-n-Doodle image but if you do you recieve two entries into the challenge.

I am also using this card for a challenge at Scrappy Gifts Blog Frog Community online challenge. We were to make a recipe challenge to use for a later date. I made mine as:

• Must use embossing (wet or dry)
• 3 pieces of paper
• Distress
• Sentiment
• Embellishment

Thank You Card

The snow is slowly coming. We are supposed to get 5-8+ inches. Possible snow day tomorrow! The only thing is that I have to work tomorrow night so I am hoping that the roads are cleared in the evening time.

Anyhoo...the card:

I used the current sketch from Unscripted Sketches.
I also used the current color combo challenge over at Paper Secrets.
Here is the Thank you card that I made. I am also entering this card in the monthly challenge thru the stamping group I belong with at Your Special Delivery. That is the group where I pay a monthly fee and get a choice of digi stamps. There were so many cute images. I am not done checking it out!! I am using the Sammie image from Becca Kay Designs.

I Guess It Has To Grow On Me

I made a card I am not sure about.
I used a sketch form Unscripted Sketches.
Here is my take on it. After I finished it I thought the bottom was kind of plain so I added glitter with a teddy bear stamp. Still not crazy about it.

My Card For The Ronald McDonald House

Heidi over at Heidi's Happy Stamping is asking for card donations for the Ronald McDonald House and there is a giveaway to go with it, see it here: http://heidishappystamping.blogspot.com/2008/11/candy-for-cause.html, I saw this originally over at Traci's at Stamping Life's Prescription. Here is the card I made. Unfortunately, my scanner is dirty and I see a piece of hair on the card. I also think the card looks nicer in person. I am proud of it, so I am not ashamed to send the card. I am just waiting for Heidi to give me her address so I can send the card.
