Amy again applied the picture for the current challenge. I had issues with this edit. I used Gimp with adding the frame and I had a hard time making it fit. I fear the pic is distorted a bit. Still learning

This is what I did:
Went to ipiccy:
- Cropped.
- Airbrushed.
- Used the eye brighten tool on the eyes and hair.
- Used the vintage filter William.
- Used the matte filter.
Then with Gimp:
- Added the pink frame which I got from laceratedwriststock on DeviantArt.
- Added the pink flower which I got from Granny Enchanted's Free Digital Scrapbook Kits.
