Edit Me Challenge: May

Edit Me I did this a while ago but I was just being lazy. But, I guess I better post it before the challenge is done! Picture was supplied by Stephanie, the host of Edit Me Challenges.

My edit
This is what I did:

All on Picmonkey:  I cropped, turned to black and white.  I used the Frost Filter.  Used a bokeh texture on found but don't remember where.  Then I added the Simple Edge Frame.

    Hey, Vickie! Looks like you've found EditMe again as well. Your edit is so creative, and turning it to b/w brought the focus back to the little girl. And bokeh - I always enjoy bokeh. Have a happy week :o)
